Uncompromising Dimensional Accuracy

Achieving clean, efficient cuts in thick metal requires strict tolerances. As showcased in our recent production run, every blade undergoes rigorous CNC surface grinding to ensure absolute flatness and parallelism along the entire cutting edge.

This specific batch features custom dimensions of 900mm x 75mm x 25mm, manufactured exactly to the client's OEM specifications. The precision-machined countersunk holes guarantee a seamless, secure fitment into the guillotine shear equipment, eliminating micro-vibrations during the shearing impact that often lead to premature blade fracture.

Premium Tool Steel & Heat Treatment

While dimensional accuracy is critical, metallurgical integrity determines the lifespan of the knife. These metal shear blades are forged from premium, high-alloy tool steel (options include D2, H13, or specialized 9CrSi depending on the cutting application).

Through advanced vacuum heat treatment processes, we achieve the optimal balance between high surface hardness (for edge retention) and core toughness (to withstand severe mechanical shock from tramp metal).

Export-Grade Packaging for Global Reliability

A high-quality industrial blade is useless if it arrives damaged or corroded. At Sureay, our commitment to quality extends to our dispatch logistics.

Every single shear blade in this batch was coated with an industrial rust-inhibitor, tightly wrapped in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper, and securely bundled. This multi-layer export packaging ensures that whether these blades are shipped to North America, Europe, or Southeast Asia, they arrive in pristine, ready-to-install condition.
