Wear Parts

Mixing arms, liners, scrapers, blades and seals — reverse-engineered from your worn part or plant model to drop into the mixer you run.

Wear Parts, Engineered

The metallurgy and foundry behind every part

MATERIALS

Ni-Hard & High-Chromium Iron

Liners, blades and scrapers are cast in Ni-Hard and high-chromium iron above HB 600, harder than the aggregate that grinds against them. Mixing arms use tough alloy-steel casting that takes shock load without cracking.

FOUNDRY

Lost-Foam & DISA Casting

The same foundry and metallurgy team behind our industrial blade business casts every wear part on lost-foam and DISA green-sand lines, then machines it to the original bolt pattern for a flush, drop-in fit.

MADE TO FIT

Reverse-Engineered to Fit

There is no catalogue number to look up. Every part is reverse-engineered from your worn sample or plant model and machined to the original bore, bolt circle and profile — so it drops onto the shaft without shimming, drilling or field grinding.

QUALITY

ISO 9001:2015, Factory-Direct

Sureay is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ships factory-direct to over 50 countries, with material and hardness reports available on request. OEM/ODM programmes are welcome.

How to Order

Made to fit your plant — from a sample or a model

Every part is cast to order. There is no catalogue number to look up — we reverse-engineer the fit from your worn part or plant model, so you get an exact replacement rather than a near-miss.

01

Send your part or model

Email a photo of the worn part, its key dimensions, or your plant make and model. If you can ship the worn part it becomes the master pattern for an exact copy.

02

We measure & match

Our team reverse-engineers the geometry, bolt pattern and profile, and recommends the grade for your aggregate, output and temperature.

03

Confirm the quote

You approve dimensions, grade, price, MOQ and lead time before anything is cast — no surprises.

04

Cast, inspect & ship

We cast on our lost-foam / DISA lines, run a dimensional and hardness check, and ship factory-direct to 50+ countries. A material and hardness report can travel with the order.

Product FAQs & Buying Guidance

Technical FAQs

01

What is the difference between concrete and asphalt mixing plant wear parts?

+

Concrete mixer parts fight abrasion at ambient temperature, so the liners, blades and scrapers are cast in Ni-Hard or high-chromium iron and the arms in tough ZG310-570-class steel. Asphalt parts add heat on top of abrasion: the arms use heat-resistant alloy steel that holds its strength at mixing temperature, and the seals use high-temperature materials. The geometry differs too — side linings and spiral blades exist only in asphalt pugmills.

02

Can I order wear parts without an OEM drawing or part number?

+

Yes — that is the normal case. Send a photo of the worn part with its key dimensions, ship the worn part itself, or simply tell us the plant make and model. We reverse-engineer the bore, bolt circle and profile, and you approve every dimension before anything is cast.

03

Can concrete and asphalt plant parts ship together in one order?

+

Yes. Both lines are cast in the same foundry, so a mixed order consolidates into one shipment with one set of documents — common for contractors running both a batching plant and an asphalt plant, and for dealers stocking both lines. MOQ is assessed on the combined order.

04

Are the wear parts made by the same factory as your industrial blades?

+

Yes. Mixer wear parts come from the same foundry and metallurgy team behind our industrial blade business — the same lost-foam and DISA casting lines, heat treatment and CMM inspection, under one ISO 9001:2015 system. Buyers sourcing both blades and wear parts deal with a single factory.

Why Choose Sureay

01

Is Sureay a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

+

We are a direct factory. Most mixer wear parts are cast and machined in-house on our lost-foam and DISA green-sand lines, while sealing components are precision-molded - either way you deal with the people who actually make the parts and skip the trading-company markup.

02

Can you supply parts to fit a specific OEM mixer model?

+

Yes. Send the plant make and model, or a photo and key dimensions of the worn part, and we match the casting and bolt pattern. We supply OEM-fit replacement wear parts for the major concrete and asphalt plant brands and welcome OEM/ODM work.

03

Are you ISO certified and do you ship internationally?

+

Sureay is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ships factory-direct to over 50 countries. Each order can include a material and hardness report on request.
