[ Grade Selection ]

Choosing the Right Grade

This is a hard-iron wear face (HB 600+). The right grade depends on your aggregate and output — harder, more abrasive aggregate justifies a higher-carbide grade:

Economical / regular renewalNi-Hard — good general abrasion resistance at lower cost for a part on a routine cycle.
Long life / abrasive aggregateHigh-chromium iron — higher carbide volume for the longest wear life.
Large or recycled aggregateImpact-resistant grade that tolerates heavy strikes without chipping.

Not sure which grade fits your plant? Send your aggregate type, output and plant model and we recommend the grade with your quote.

Available Grades & Variants

This part ships in several cast grades. Send your output, aggregate hardness and plant model and we match the grade — or cast to your exact OEM specification.

High-HardnessMaximum surface hardness for the most abrasive sand and gravel.
High-Wear High-ChromeHigh carbide volume for the longest service life under heavy throughput.
Impact-Resistant Ni-HardTougher grade where large or recycled aggregate strikes the wall hard.
General-DutyBalanced, economical plate for standard-output plants.
OEM / Full-SeriesComplete plate set matched to a specific plant model and layout.

Engineering Advantages

01 — WEAR LIFE

HB600+ Abrasion Barrier

Ni-Hard and high-chromium iron carry the wear face above HB 600 - harder than the sand and gravel that grind against it. The result is a sacrificial plate that wears predictably and protects the structural drum behind it.

02 — FITMENT

Flush Bolt-On Segments

Accurate bolt-hole position from the DISA green-sand line means each plate sits flush against its neighbour, leaving no proud edge for aggregate to catch, lift and tear out early.

03 — GRADE

Grade Matched to Your Aggregate

Ni-Hard for general duty, high-chromium iron for the hardest, most abrasive aggregate - we match the carbide structure to your material and output instead of shipping a one-size plate.

Liner plates are the sacrificial skin of the mixing drum. They take the constant grinding of sand, gravel and cement against the chamber wall so the drum shell itself never wears. Once a liner thins through or a fixing bolt pulls loose, abrasive aggregate reaches the structural drum - a repair an order of magnitude more expensive than a liner swap, and one that can write off the chamber entirely.

Sureay liners are cast in Ni-Hard and high-chromium iron with a working hardness above HB 600, putting the wear face well beyond the hardness of the aggregate attacking it. Plates are produced on our lost-foam and DISA green-sand lines for a consistent profile and accurate bolt-hole position, so each segment sits flush against its neighbour with no exposed lip for material to catch and pry up.

Liner sets bolt straight into twin-shaft and planetary plants from Sicoma, Liebherr, MEKA, Simem, SANY, Zoomlion, Teka, BHS and Eirich. Liners typically last 6-18 months. Service life depends on output, aggregate hardness and duty cycle — verify against your OEM service interval. Rotating the most-worn positions and keeping a spare set on the shelf avoids the long lead time that turns a worn liner into lost production.

[ How to Order ]

Made to fit your plant — from a sample or a model

Every part is cast to order. There is no catalogue number to look up — we reverse-engineer the fit from your worn part or plant model, so you get an exact replacement rather than a near-miss.

01

Send your part or model

Email a photo of the worn part, its key dimensions, or your plant make and model. If you can ship the worn part it becomes the master pattern for an exact copy.

02

We measure & match

Our team reverse-engineers the geometry, bolt pattern and profile, and recommends the grade for your aggregate, output and temperature.

03

Confirm the quote

You approve dimensions, grade, price, MOQ and lead time before anything is cast — no surprises.

04

Cast, inspect & ship

We cast on our lost-foam / DISA lines, run a dimensional and hardness check, and ship factory-direct to 50+ countries. A material and hardness report can travel with the order.

Product FAQs & Buying Guidance

Technical FAQs

01How do I know when concrete liner plates need replacing?
+

Measure the remaining plate thickness at the highest-wear zones and watch the bolt heads - once they stand proud of the worn surface or start to round off, the liner is near the end of its life. Replacing before the plate thins through keeps abrasive aggregate off the structural drum, which is far costlier to repair.

02What is the difference between Ni-Hard and high-chromium liner plates?
+

Both run above HB 600, but the carbide structure differs: Ni-Hard offers good general abrasion resistance at a lower cost, while high-chromium iron carries a higher carbide volume for tougher, more abrasive aggregate and longer life. We match the grade to your aggregate hardness and output.

03Which concrete mixers do your liner plates fit?
+

Liner plates are supplied to fit twin-shaft and planetary concrete mixers from Sicoma, Liebherr, MEKA, Simem, SANY, Zoomlion, Teka, BHS and Eirich. We match the plate profile, thickness and bolt-hole layout to your specific drum; plates for other plants can be copied from a worn sample.

04Can you supply concrete liner plates in custom sizes and thicknesses?
+

Yes. Liner plates are made to your drum's dimensions, including non-standard thicknesses and bolt patterns. Send the worn plate or a dimensioned drawing and we cast a matching set; we can also lift the grade to suit harder or more abrasive aggregate.

05Do you sell a full concrete mixer liner set or individual plates?
+

Both. Order a complete liner set for a full reline, or individual plates to renew the highest-wear positions. Because liners share a wear cycle, most plants reline as a set and keep a spare on the shelf to avoid downtime waiting on lead time.

06How are concrete mixer liner plates fixed inside the drum?
+

Liner plates bolt to the drum wall through cast or machined holes and sit flush against each neighbour, so no edge is left for aggregate to catch and pry up. Renew the fixing bolts with the plates - worn bolts are a common cause of a liner working loose early.

07What is the minimum order quantity and lead time for liner plates?
+

We ship factory-direct and keep the MOQ low on replacement wear parts; exact quantity and lead time depend on the model and whether tooling already exists. Send your plant model for a quote - most repeat items ship in a few weeks, and a material and hardness report can be included on request.

Why Choose Sureay

01Is Sureay a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
+

We are a direct factory. Most mixer wear parts are cast and machined in-house on our lost-foam and DISA green-sand lines, while sealing components are precision-molded - either way you deal with the people who actually make the parts and skip the trading-company markup.

02Can you supply parts to fit a specific OEM mixer model?
+

Yes. Send the plant make and model, or a photo and key dimensions of the worn part, and we match the casting and bolt pattern. We supply OEM-fit replacement wear parts for the major concrete and asphalt plant brands and welcome OEM/ODM work.

03Are you ISO certified and do you ship internationally?
+

Sureay is ISO 9001:2015 certified and ships factory-direct to over 50 countries. Each order can include a material and hardness report on request.
